House- a very large house. four rooms, a large basement (good dance floor), a kitchen, two bathrooms a dining room, a living room, garage and an enormous backyard (go to google earth and look at the house - 1211 NW 14th street, 97330)

Quality - the house is old, and thus, the heating is not very efficient. Also, the walls around the basement fireplace tend to leak when it is raining really hard, however, the landlord/ rental agency (IPMG)will be fixing this later this year, probably by Spring 2007 (they need the temperature to be at least 60F to fix the wall).

Lease - usually, leases last for one year. We have been living in the house for three years now, but will move out by August of 2007.
