FAQ
Question: How much it costs to join? Answer: Each player pays $5 per term or $1 per visit (US Dollar only, check is OK, No Payment Plan, and No Credit Card). It has been $5 for more than 5 years.
Question: If I join, do I have to come to all those practices? Answer: No - the courts are reserved for your convenience. You are free to come and go to any club practice session.
Question: I'm just a beginner. What should I do if everyone else is good? Answer: Sometime it can be intimidating. But, everyone has to start somewhere! Remember, if you want to be better, play with someone better than you! You are always welcomed to ask any question to any of our members. We are happy to help and give you advice. Or, take a class. Badminton classes are available each term. Click here for schedule.
Question: Do you provide equipment? Answer: Yes - we usually have 5 rackets that can be checked out. See BOS's officer to check it out. However, you have to purchase your own shuttle. We only have 5 used shuttles.
Question: Where can I buy Badminton equipments? Answer: Checkout our BOS's store. Available on October 20, 2005.
Question: What kind of shoes should I wear? Answer: Trivial Question? Of course Badminton shoes, silly! If you cannot find one, you can use tennis or cross-training shoes. And, Non-Marking shoes only! (P.S. I am serious about this rule! No kidding and I will make you pay to fix the courts!)
